Chris: Hey man, just wanted to let you know that I get the whole life thing. Take as much time as you need, and if you never come back, you've still given us something great. I hope you come back, though.
Clay: Thanks Gabe. Appreciate the reply.
Gabe: Sorry, guys. Yes. Stuff is, indeed, happening in real life right now. Fatherhood. New business ventures. I love Brinkerhoff, but I need to find more time in my day to get him back on track.
Clay: I am not complaining about the comic not being updated, but would it hurt to at least say hey, hiatus, shit is going down right now in my life?
Jason: Okay, okay! I'll get him the damn beer! ...but only if he does something funny afterward.
sean duff: http://www.brinkcomic.com/d/20090720.html i have ALWAYS thought this
sean duff: i haven't read brink in a while, but yesterday while in school i remembered doin the brinkerhoff dance. and so here i am checkin up.
Rob: When it comes to women, there is no such thing as too jaded!
Vincent: Is it bad that my opinions of women are the same as Brink's...and I'm only 22. Is it too early to be that jaded?
Vincent: Yes there is. My memory is foggy but at the time you originally left your last message sounded like it was total quiting. But like i said my memory is bad. I'm glad to be back and checking daily.
Gabe: Thanks for coming back. There's a difference between quitting and hiatus, though.
Vincent: I haven't read your comic's since you came back from quitting. Just read all of them up to february. I gotta say...the comic may just be funnier then ever before. Nice work Gabe.
SGT W: Long time reader, first time commenter. From those of us in the Army, this strip rocks!!!
Ed: Haha, new reader here, love the comic!
Gabe: Education.
Jim: Ah, sorry. What is he talking about then?
